Yavuz Yıldırım graduated from Uludağ University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration in 1999. After graduation, he started his professional career at Telsim Telekomünikasyon A.Ş. in 2002 and continued in various positions in sales and marketing units at Nortel Networks Netaş between 2004-2006 and Vodafone Telekomünikasyon A.Ş. between 2006-2009.

He joined Türk Telekom in 2009 as SME Sales Operations Manager, contributing to the establishment of the SME Sales Channel. During this period, Yavuz Yıldırım became the Wholesale Director in November 2011 and the Head of Türk Telekom Wholesale Customer Business Unit between April 2015 and December 2016.

Yıldırım worked as Assistant General Manager of Turk Telekom Wholesale Services between 2016 and 2023. Yavuz Yıldırım has been appointed the Chief Executive Officer of Turk Telekom International since November 2023. He is married and has 2 children. 

Ahmet Koray Çelebi was born in Kahramanmaraş in 1973. He graduated from the
Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences Department of Business
Administration, in 1994. He completed a Master’s degree in Accounting and
Finance and currently studying a PhD in Business Administration.
After starting his professional career in 1995 as a Financial Analysis Specialist at
Halkbank, Çelebi went on to serve in some of Turkey’s leading financial institutions,
including Garanti Bank, Dışbank, and Türkiye Finans. Throughout his banking career,
he held responsibilities in corporate credit allocation, financial analysis, risk
management, and branch operations, undertaking managerial roles at both operational
and strategic levels. In 2016, he was appointed Deputy General Manager at SSTEK
Inc., a subsidiary of the Presidency of Defense Industries, where he led 18 investment
projects and served as a board member in 6 companies. He served as Deputy General
Manager responsible for Corporate Management and Marketing at ULAK
Communications Inc. During the same period, he gained international executive
experience as CEO of the company’s United States, ULAK Communication Corp.
As of July 25, 2025, he has been appointed Chief Financial Officer at Türk Telekom
International.
Ahmet Koray Çelebi is married and has 2 children.

Mehmet Özyurt was born in Tokat in 1980. After he graduated from department of
Labor Economics and Industrial Relations in 2000, he completed his master's degree
in Business Administration and his doctorate in Human Resources Management in
2010.
After starting his professional career in academia as a research assistant, Mehmet
Özyurt continued in international sales and later held managerial roles in consultancy,
insurance, FMCG, and finance sectors, focusing on the management of integrated
HR systems.
He has taken on leadership responsibilities in various projects, particularly in the
areas of profiling, assessment centers, follow-up of development plans, conducting
process analyses and planning improvement initiatives, designing organizational
development processes and facilitating focus group studies.
After leading consultancy projects in both the public and private sectors, Mr. Özyurt
joined the Türk Telekom Group in 2021, as Organizational Development Director.
As of July 1, 2025, he has been appointed as Chief Human Resources and General
Administration Officer at Türk Telekom International.
Mehmet Özyurt is married and has 3 children.

Yusuf Kaplan has graduated from Erciyes University in 1998. He has obtained a degree in Electronic Engineering. He has completed Business Administration MBA program in 2014 and the Strategic Leadership Program at Insead Business School in 2016.

He has started his career as Access Investment and Control Engineer at Turk Telekom and then worked as Maintenance & Operations Engineer and Marketing Engineer at Türk Telekom in Malatya. He was appointed as IT Network Manager and further as Operations Manager between the years 2005 - 2011. He worked as Yozgat and Malatya Telekom Local Manager between 2011 and 2020. In 2020, he was appointed as Türk Telekom Fixed Network Access Director.

Yusuf Kaplan has started working at Turk Telekom International as Chief Technology Officer since April 2025.
